In 2012, we also enhanced our infertility benefit, increasing the lifetime reimbursement limit to $22,000. In addition, employees have access to Reproductive Resource Services, offering education regarding effective fertility treatments and access to top providers and clinical care through the Infertility Centers of Excellence network.
Our employees’ physical and mental wellness is as important to us as it is to them, and we offer many ways to help them maintain it, from our confidential Employee Assistance Program to free fitness seminars like on-site Zumba, Yoga and BootCamp. Our annual Health Week offers free biometric screenings and flu shots to any employee who wants them. It’s not enough to simply offer friendly and supportive benefits, however. We want people to be aware of them and use them to the fullest. To help this happen, we have been running an ongoing awareness campaign. A central part of this campaign is viacombenefits.com, a comprehensive website that consolidates all benefits information and forms in a single location. Along with health and wealth benefits, the site includes information on things like our 529 College Savings Program, pet insurance and hundreds of employee discounts. Additionally, in 2012 we introduced a new online benefits enrollment tool to make it even easier for employees and their partners to review and access health coverage and 401(k) information.
